• Charters will still end at 10 am or 12 Noon.
• Sleep Aboard CANNOT be discounted
• Chart briefings will be available at the scheduled time in the morning or evening.
• Boat briefings will be scheduled in the evenings around 3 pm or in the mornings at approximately 9am (based on client’s arrival time). Customer service will schedule the time with each charterer.
• Sleep aboard must be booked through booking office at least 14 days prior to arrival at base.
• Security insurance is also charged for sleep aboard.
• Charterers may still choose regular start time

BRIEFINGS:
The Customer Service Department conducts a very thorough orientation every start day.
The orientation will acquaint the charterer with:

• Cruising Guide
• Charts of the area
• Boat cruising procedures
• Government regulations
• Weather
• Aids to navigation
• Helpful hints and guidelines

• Inventory of yacht equipment
• Pre-cruise check off list

The chart portion of the orientation takes approximately one hour (BLZ = 2 hours). The boat checkout portion of the orientation takes another 45 to 60 minutes. One should plan on two hours total (except BLZ). Clients should be aware of the chart briefing time.
Two persons from each bareboat must attend this orientation, even those who have sailed with us before - except in Tortola if the customer has sailed with us before.
