STCW 95'; Advanced Padi Diver; Specialize in seafood and international cuisine; 10 000 Nm. offshore experience, including one Atlantic crossing.

Tomasz began sailing when he was 9 years old on an Olympic class Optimist. He deepened his passion for the sea through years of sail racing and many years of offshore adventures. He studied in a Maritime High School and later Maritime Academy in the field of marine engineering. At the age of 19 he obtained his first Offshore Yacht Capitan Licence. He has worked as a crew on super yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean where his relationship with owner, guests and crew was always courteous and professional. Tomasz's great many years of experience in the marine industry will allow you to fully relax while he is at the helm. His vast knowledge of the Caribbean will ensure that you will see the most spectacular sights off the beaten track.

Tory's unique combination of the freshest ingredients available along with her fantastic flare for presentation will have you feasting with your eyes and appetites on some mouth-watering dishes throughout your holiday. Her experience begins with a household filled with experimental cooking as her mother, being a professional cooking teacher, passed her knowledge on to an eager daughter. Her combined experience in many and varied restaurants in Sydney, Australia and London, UK, as well as on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean has lead to a cosmopolitan element to her cooking style.
