STCW 95, Trained at Valley of 1000 Hills, South Africa, Chef at Hacienda Lodge, South Africa, Member of NSRI (National Sea Rescue) St. Johns First Aid Certificate. She has been chef/hostess on monohulls, catamarans and large power-boats.

Trevor travelled extensively Central and Southern Africa, Southern Oceans, crossed the Atlantic in a 32ft sloop to St Maarten from South Africa, sailed throughout the Caribbean from Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic right through to Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. Have travelled parts of Florida. Have Captained boats for the last thirty years.

Carla travelled to African countries including Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Mozambique, Italy, parts of Florida and most of the Caribbean from Ft Lauderdale to Trinidad. She has been chef/hostess on monohulls, catamarans and large power-boats.
Crew Comments: Trevor spent many years at sea in South Africa studying the whale migrations, and was personally instrumental in starting up the boat-based whale watching industry in South Africa. He also owned a Safari Lodge. He loves fishing and holds South African and International records. Carla's inspiration to cooking stems from her Italian background. Her meals are a blend of Italian, Ethnic African and Caribbean
