worked in the Watersports industry for over 20 years and in that time
gained many qualifications and considerable experience, these include
RYA commercial offshore yachtmaster, powerboat and windsurfing Instructor
as well as a BCU canoe and kayak coach. Regularly skippers corporate regattas
on the south coast of England and completed many Atlantic crossings

Qualifications: Enjoys
creating good quality, home cooked cuisine made from the freshest ingredients
available. Experienced menu planner and baker. Holds Level II Food Hygiene,
STCW 95, and has a Bachelor in Education - Honory degree. Over 10 years
sailing experience, including 5 years living aboard and several Atlantic
crossings.

| Areas Traveled: We
have sailed many thousands of miles together on our own 43' yacht called
Don Quixote II. The biggest journey yet was to get married and to sail out
here to the British Virgin Islands. A fantastic honeymoon. Also travelled
in the US and various countries in Europe. |
