Mike has over 30 years of sailing experience, sailed more than 65.000 nm, and captained various charter yachts in the Caribbean, the North Atlantic, the Mediterranean, and the Indian Ocean.

Qualifications: German Sailing License equivalent to RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, STCW 95 endorsement, PADI Diver, sailed over 35.000 nm offshore and ocean.

Stefani is experienced in gourmet food from all around the world. She specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, some Asian. German cuisine only on special request! Enjoys baking breads, cakes & pastries.
