Qualifications: USCG 100 Ton Master Captain, STCW-95, Padi Diver, Keelboat Racer (Moore 24), Degree in Film from CSULB. Born and raised on or around sailboats.	Qualifications: Specializes in California/ Caribbean fusion. Loves fresh ingredients and presentation. STCW-95 certified. Food Handling license. Graduated from UCSB Law with honors.
