Maitre d'hotel for numerous years on the cruise ship 'Costa Croisiere' sailing around the Mediterranean and Oriental Seas, then around Florida and California.
Worked as a chef in Italy and then went on to open his own restaurant in Guadeloupe.. He then took his cooking back to the sea.

Gilles is used to racing a lot: 2 years in the young French national team (young world champion of match racing 1997); 5 times around France race (as navigator); Winner in 2003. He knows BVI very well; he likes snorkeling, and all water sports.

Allesandro loves the Italian cooking together with the Creole influence and of course international, after having lived in Ibiza and Canada. Alessandro has a fantastic sense of humour, which all his previous clients have appreciated while savouring his cuisine.

Caroline likes to make homemade cocktails with fresh local fruits, she enjoys to make the boat as perfect clean and organised as home, she lays the dinner table with theme decoration and always takes care of her guests .She is all so a great sailor, she crossed the Atlantic with Gilles 6 times.

If unforeseen circumstance prevent the crew from hosting the charter, another competent crew will substitute.
